SHIPPING POLICY


For purchases on the peninsula, shipping will be free for orders over €25 and delivery time will be 48/72 hours. If your order is less than €25, the shipping cost will be €3.95.

Shipping to the Balearic Islands will be free from €39. For orders less than €39 the cost will be €8.75 (2-3 business days).

Shipments to the Canary Islands will be free for orders over €49, and TARSOS will not be responsible for any applicable CUSTOMS charges. For orders less than €49 the cost will be €9.95 (3-4 business days).

Shipping to Portugal: they will be free from €39 and the delivery time will be (3 to 8 days). If your order is less than €39, the shipping cost will be €5.95.

International orders: - Germany, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Italy and United Kingdom (UK); They will be free from €49 (3-8 days). For orders less than €49; €10.95 shipping costs.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an SMS on your mobile phone informing you of your order number, as well as a link to track your order that will inform you of the status of your shipment.

REFUND POLICY


Customers who purchase through www.tarsos-official.com will have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product to make any exchange or return.

The product to be exchanged or returned must be unused and retain its original labeling and packaging, including packaging. CHANGE


In case you want to make an exchange due to TARSOS error (breakage, wrong model, etc.), we will assume the shipping costs of returning your socks to our warehouses and the shipping costs of the new socks to your home. If the change you want to make is not due to TARSOS error, the customer will be responsible for said shipping costs.


If the purchase has been made using the “free shipping costs” option (from purchases over €25 in the Peninsula), and the error is TARSOS (breakage, wrong model, etc.), TARSOS will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your socks to our warehouses and the shipping costs for the new socks to your home.

RETURN
